What does a subscription include?
A subscription unlocks the full analytics surface: per-licensee tear-sheets and monthly detail, wholesale customer and supplier breakdowns, distribution and whitespace analysis, leaderboards, benchmarking, pricing and discount intelligence, and CSV export. Market-level overview pages remain free to browse.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Visit your account page to view your subscription status, or email [email protected] and we will handle it for you. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Where does the data come from?
All market data is built from Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) traceability records obtained through public-records requests — the state's own record of licensed wholesale and retail activity. We clean, validate, and aggregate it into the analytics you see here, and refresh it monthly as new records are released.
Do you sell cannabis products?
No. 502Genius is a business-intelligence and market-research service. We do not sell, ship, or handle cannabis or any other product — we provide data analytics about the licensed Washington market to the businesses operating in it.
